Author Guideline

Guidance for preparing research papers for submission to the Journal of the Institute of Bankers, Bangladesh.

General Guidelines for Authors

1. Analytical Quality

The article should discuss the selected issue clearly and should use relevant statistical tools or analytical methods to justify the findings properly.

2. Data and References

Both primary and secondary data should be properly presented and supported by appropriate references.

3. Length of Article

Articles should remain within the page limit prescribed by the Journal and should ideally be presented in a concise and well-structured format.

4. Word Limit

The main text should not exceed 4,500 words, excluding the Abstract, Methods, References, and figure legends.

5. Title

The title should be brief, scientifically accurate, and should clearly reflect the main message of the article. It should avoid unnecessary wording, puns, or idiomatic expressions.

6. Abstract

The article should include a concise abstract within the word limit prescribed by the Journal.

Every article will be subject to a plagiarism test before publication on the internet.
