Privacy Note
Protection of organizational information, author content, and personal data is treated with due importance by IBB.
IBB reserves the sole right to protect the interests of the organization as well as the authors of published content, in compliance with the ICT Act 2006, the Digital Security Act 2018, and the Data Protection Act 2023.
It may also be noted that Article 43(b) of the Constitution of Bangladesh protects the security of personal information disclosed in any media.
Data Protection
IBB is committed to protecting personal information, institutional data, and authors’ submitted or published materials from unauthorized use, theft, breach, or misuse.
Legal Action
In the event of piracy, data theft, data breach, or unauthorized imitation, IBB may take appropriate legal measures to protect privacy and intellectual interests.
Important Notice
Any unauthorized copying, imitation, misuse, or reproduction of materials published by IBB shall be treated as a punishable offence. In such cases, IBB reserves the right to withdraw the relevant materials from the internet without prior notice.
